Living room with sofa, table, chairs, TV set, air conditioner.
Open kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric coffee maker.
Bathroom with shower, sink, and washing machine. Separate toilet.
Bedroom 1 with double bed and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2 with 2 bunk beds and chest of drawers.
Terrace with awning and garden furniture. Private parking.
Pets not allowed.
Possibility of Internet connection (extra charge).
The residence has a swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September). However, if the pool were not to open due to technical or health reasons, the tenant will not be entitled to any refund.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, sheets, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax.
