At 250m from the beach, small attached holiday home for 4 people in a gated residence. On the ground floor: Living room with non-convertible sofa, table, chairs, TV. Kitchen area (microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric coffee maker...). Bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
On the first floor: a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a cabin area with 2 bunk beds.
Terrace with garden furniture, sunny in the morning. Private parking.
Pets allowed.
Possibility of Internet connection (extra charge).
Pool (7m x 3m) open in July and August, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm.
The residence has a pool. However, if the pool were not to open due to technical or health reasons, the tenant will not be entitled to any refund.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, bed sheets, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax, supplement for pets.

Pets allowed: only one pet allowed. It is mandatory to inform the agency at the time of booking, otherwise, the pet will not be accepted. The supplement must be paid on the day of arrival.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Internet minibox per week : 39 €.
- Animals : 25 €.
- Housekeeping (option) : 60 €.
- Sheet rental per bed/week : 14 €.
