Apartment Marseillan-Plage, 1 bedroom, 5 persons - FR-1-387-103

Small semi-detached holiday home in a gated residence, with a swimming pool and close to the beach.
On the ground floor: Living room with sofa bed, table + chairs, TV.
Kitchen area with fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, dishes,...
Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.
On the first floor: one bedroom with a double bed and a cabin area with 2 bunk beds.
Enclosed terrace with garden furniture.
Parking. Simple furnishings. Pets allowed.
Possibility of Internet connection (extra charge).
Pool open July and August, from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 7 pm.
The residence has a swimming pool. However, if the pool were not to open due to technical or health reasons, the tenant will not be entitled to any refund.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, sheets, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax, supplement for pets.
Pets allowed: only one animal allowed. It is mandatory to inform the agency when booking, otherwise, the animal will not be accepted. The supplement must be paid on the day of arrival.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Internet minibox per week : 39 €.
- Housekeeping (option) : 60 €.
- Sheet rental per bed/week : 14 €.
- Towel rental per person/week : 10 €.
