The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster…
A bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

A second cabin-style bedroom with bunk beds (one double bed on the bottom and one single bed on top)
Outside, you will enjoy a large and pleasant terrace with outdoor furniture, two sun loungers, an awning for sunny days, and a gas plancha for convivial outdoor meals.
At the back, a shared garden area is accessible to all residents, offering additional space to relax or let children play safely.
A parking space is available. Pets are not allowed.
