250 meters from the beach, small semi-detached holiday home (25 m2) in a gated residence with a pool.
On the ground floor: Living room with a convertible sofa, table, chairs, TV, and fan. Kitchen area (dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric coffee maker...). Bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, washing machine).
On the first floor: Two small bedrooms, each with a double bed and a television. Both are air-conditioned.
Closed terrace with garden furniture and awning. Pets allowed.
One parking space in the residence, gated with an automatic gate.
Internet connection available (additional fee).
Pool (7m x 3m) open in July and August, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm. If, however, the pool were not to open due to technical or health reasons, no refund will be given.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, bed linens, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax, pet surcharge.
Pets allowed: only one pet allowed. It is mandatory to inform the agency at the time of booking, otherwise the pet will not be accepted. The surcharge must be paid on the day of arrival.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Animals : 25 €.
- Sheet rental per bed/week : 14 €.
- Towel rental per person/week : 10 €.
- Housekeeping (option) : 60 €.
- Internet minibox per week : 39 €.
