Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine;
Mezzanine with a 120x190 mattress and TV. Note: low mezzanine, limited height not suitable for children under 10 years old.
Loggia with table and chairs.
Private parking in the residence.

Not included in the rental: final cleaning, sheets, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax.
