"Chalet Boisson" cottage surrounded by trees and meadows. For nature lovers.
Hiking trails and cycle paths nearby. Close to the Gâvre forest. The chalet is a detached, solid wood cottage, located in a quiet, rural setting, 30 km from Châteaubriant, 40 km from Redon and Nantes, and 50 km from La Gacilly. Another 4-person cottage is also available on the property.
Enclosed 600 m² garden surrounded by hedges and mature oak trees. Private parking on the property.
Single floor: open-plan kitchen/living/dining room, 2 bedrooms (1: double bed 140x190 cm, 2: two single beds 90x190 cm), bathroom, and separate WC.
Amenities included: baby cot/high chair available upon request. Not included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen (€7/bed), towels (€5/person), end-of-stay cleaning (€50).
One pet maximum is accepted free of charge (deposit €100). Contact the owners if you wish to bring an additional pet.
Small shed for storing bicycles.

Do not go as far as the village of Marsac-sur-Don, but turn left at the Bel Air crossroads. "Le Chalet" gîte, number 2, is on the left at the end of the driveway.
