In the immediate vicinity of Fontenay Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this large house with two renovated adjoining gîtes sits on a 3-hectare plot. The tiled ground floor features a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room. A bright living room with a sofa bed for two people and a separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms with parquet flooring (one double bed and two single beds). A shower room. Parking is available on the property and the large shared enclosed garden with fruit trees is available. Both gîtes can be rented together for up to 10 people. Small pets are welcome upon request. Ideally located, close to transport links and major tourist attractions in the region. The gîte is close to a road and a railway line, but its excellent insulation allows you to enjoy the area without being disturbed by noise.
