In the immediate vicinity of Fontenay Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this large house comprises two adjoining, renovated gîtes, set on 3 hectares of land. The tiled ground floor features an open-plan kitchen and living/dining area, as well as a bright lounge with a sofa bed for two. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with parquet flooring (one double bed). A shower room with WC is also located on this floor. Parking is available on the property, and guests have access to a large, shared, enclosed garden with fruit trees. The two gîtes can be rented together to accommodate up to 10 people. Small pets are accepted only upon request. Ideally situated close to major roads and the region's main tourist attractions, the gîte is near a road and a railway line, but its excellent insulation allows guests to enjoy these without being disturbed by any noise.
