At the gateway to the Morvan region, in a quiet setting with beautiful views, come and stay in this eco-friendly cottage. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with an open kitchen and a relaxation area with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x190 cm) and another small adjoining bedroom with a queen-size bed (80x190 cm), a bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a bunk bed (a 140x190 cm bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top) and another relaxation area with a TV. A high chair and crib are available, as well as a changing table, a bouncer, and a bottle warmer.

Games available: ping-pong, molki, carrom, cards, etc. An adjoining barn contains a washing machine and can be used for bicycle storage. Enclosed grounds.

Everything is included (bed linens, towels, kitchen linens), wood heating, and electricity (up to 12 kW/day).

Ideally located for exploring the Nivernais Canal (on foot, by bike, or by boat), within a 30 km radius of the cottage you'll enjoy a landscape of forests and hedged fields, and iconic sites such as the Vézelay Basilica, the 16 locks of Sardy-les-Epiry, Bazoches Castle, and the Baye and Vaux ponds for swimming, fishing, and water sports. Between festivals, flea markets, and swimming, you can relax in the shade of the lime tree in the 120 m² enclosed garden in front of the house while having a barbecue.

Business trips are limited to 2 people in the cottage.
