Gite Marigny-lès-Reullée, 2 bedrooms, 6 persons - FR-1-819-1121

Ten minutes from Beaune, this gîte adjoins the owners' house and their guesthouse, with independent access and a private terrace. On the ground floor: a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, TV, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a living room with a landing and a TV, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. A few steps lead to a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with two queen-size beds (separated by an open partition). A crib and high chair are available upon request. Outside: a furnished terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue. Private parking is available in the enclosed courtyard (for 2 cars). The grounds are fully enclosed. The gîte is located on a busy road (no disturbance from the inside).

All shops are located 7 km away in Beaune, the capital of Burgundy, which also offers many attractions: Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, numerous restaurants and tasting rooms, museums, a park, the Cité des Climats, etc. Also close to renowned wine-producing villages: Meursault, Pommard, Volnay, etc., on the Route des Grands Crus, whose climats are also listed as World Heritage sites. 40 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and the City of Gastronomy.

This cottage is not suitable for business trips.
