About ten kilometers from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, this renovated and converted single-story cottage is housed in a former stone farmhouse. With a lovely view of the flower garden, the living room consists of a sitting area, dining room, and equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms: one with a 140x200 cm bed and the second with two 80x200 cm beds that can be combined to form a 160 cm bed. Shower room with toilet. Private terrace and large shared garden of 5,400 m². Parking.

Bed linens and cleaning included in the rates. Breakfast and cleaning during the stay are available at an additional cost. Heating is shared with the owners using a wood pellet boiler, and electricity is included in the rates. Towel rental: €5 per person for the stay.

All shops are located in Beaune, 9 km away, a tourist town with many attractions: Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, numerous restaurants and tasting rooms, museums, a park, and more. Also close to renowned wine-producing villages: Meursault, Pommard, Volnay, etc., along the Route des Grands Crus, whose vineyards are also listed as World Heritage sites.
