Upstairs: a first bedroom with two bunk beds (suitable for children aged 6 and up on the top bunk), a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, and a third bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and a toilet. A cot is also available. The garden is not fenced and includes a private section and a section shared with the owners. Garden furniture, a DVD player, and a mini stereo system are provided. Parking is available.
Located 20 km from the Avallon exit (A6), this property is ideal for all types of hiking (walking, mountain biking, cycling, quad biking, horseback riding), and fishing (the Cure River is 500 m away, Crescent Lake is 2 km away, and Chaumeçon Lake is also nearby). It is 18 km from Lormes. Nearby activities include the Chalaux River (canoeing, kayaking, and rafting). Enjoy superb views of the fields and hills of the Morvan. Vézelay (with its magnificent basilica and gourmet restaurant) is 20 km away.
