Upstairs: a first bedroom with two single bunk beds, a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, and a third bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and a toilet. A cot is also available. The unfenced garden includes a private section and a section shared with the owners. Garden furniture, a DVD player, and parking are provided.

Located 20 km from the Avallon exit (A6 motorway), it is ideal for all types of hiking (walking, mountain biking, cycling, quad biking, horseback riding), and fishing (the Cure River is 500 m away, Crescent Lake is 2 km away, and Chaumeçon Lake is also nearby). Lormes is 18 km away. Nearby: the Chalaux River (canoeing, kayaking, rafting). Stunning views over the fields and hills of the Morvan. 20 km from Vézelay (magnificent basilica and gourmet restaurant).
