Beautiful stone house with a 3,000 m² enclosed, landscaped garden, located 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris, 30 minutes from Orléans, and 10 minutes from the nearest châteaux.

This century-old house was completely renovated in 2023 in a modern style that respects its age. All bedding and linens are new and of high quality. The upstairs is air-conditioned.

A true haven for remote work, with high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic) accessible everywhere, even from the sun loungers in the garden!

To unwind and forget everything, the house offers plenty of entertainment, including a games room with a home cinema and a pool table. A tennis court is available free of charge a 5-minute walk away.

To enhance your stay, massages and yoga classes are available at the house for an additional fee. A riding school in the village also offers numerous lessons for adults and children. On the ground floor: a 55 m² living area with a lounge, dining room, and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a wardrobe, and a separate toilet with a washbasin.

Upstairs, which is fully air-conditioned:

High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, on the terrace, and in most of the garden.

A fenced park of over 3,000 m² features a covered bar-lounge and a fully equipped gym overlooking the garden (treadmill, rowing machine, exercise mat, water fountain). The shade of the linden tree is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Or, late in the evening, unwind in the garden and admire the stars. A charcoal barbecue, outdoor games, and sun loungers are available.

Private parking with an electric vehicle charging point is available (16A 3.2kW, French-type plug). Unfortunately, this property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the stairs leading to the bedrooms. Check-in is from 5 pm and check-out is at 10 am.
