Come discover our 4-person cottage near the canal, a former waterway now dedicated to tourism.
This channel reaches the Joan of Arc city of Orléans 12km away, running alongside the royal river, the Loire.
Walking through Chécy and its washhouse, Combleux, an old fishing village. L'ATELIER is located in MARDIÉ within the Loire Valley UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll find a few local shops (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store) and a large shopping center 3km away. A shared heated swimming pool (8x4) is open from May to the end of September. This 90m² cottage, contemporary in style and adjoining the owners' house, is all on one level.
It consists of two bedrooms - one queen-size bed and one 140x190 bed (beds made upon arrival). Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer)
- Living room - Dining room - Bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet, iron, and hairdryer.
Accessible for people with reduced mobility - Sliding glass doors with maximum natural light.

At the front of the cottage, private parking is available.
At the rear, you'll enjoy a beautiful outdoor space: a private terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill, private grounds, and a heated swimming pool (8m x 4m) shared with the owners, open from May to the end of September. A trampoline, swing, and pétanque court are also available. Ping-pong table are also available in the shared garden.

Heating and linens are included. End-of-stay cleaning and towels are optional. The accommodation is designed for guests with reduced mobility.
