Ideal for a relaxing stay in the countryside, this renovated old house is located at the gateway to the Morvan Regional Natural Park.

On the ground floor, the living room, with its terracotta tiles and exposed beams, features a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a sofa bed (supplement of €17 per day per person), and a dining area. A few steps lead to a bathroom with a toilet. There is no Wi-Fi.

Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined together, and a TV. There is also a shower room with a toilet.

A large enclosed courtyard is located in front of the house, with parking and a garage. A terrace at the rear features an enclosed garden and a large meadow of 1100 m². Baby equipment: a travel cot and a high chair are available.

Oil heating, electricity, bed linen, and final cleaning are included in the price. Towels are available as an option (€5 per person). One pet is allowed with a supplement of €10 per night.

All shops and services are available in Liernais, Arnay-le-Duc, and Saulieu. Swimming is possible in Saulieu, Arnay, Semur-en-Auxois, and the Morvan lakes (Chamboux, Saint-Agnan, Les Settons). The Maison des Arts de la Table (House of Table Arts) is located in Arnay-le-Duc. Golf courses are available at Château de Chailly and Vic-sous-Thil. The Auxois Zoological and Aquatic Park is nearby. Boat trips are available on the Burgundy Canal in Pouilly-en-Auxois. The castles of Châteauneuf and Mont Saint-Jean are nearby. Autun and its Roman theater are also within easy reach. The medieval towns of Semur-en-Auxois and Flavigny-sur-Ozerain are nearby. The MuséoParc Alésia is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
