Exceptional environment for this small, cosy and comfortable chalet, ideal for a couple with two children.

Pleasant living room offering direct access to a spacious terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue. Flat screen TV. Reversible air conditioning and pellet stove (7€/bag). Very beautiful view of the lake.

Open kitchen with hob, extractor hood, microwave... (No oven or dishwasher).
Shower room with walk-in shower and toilet.
You have two bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm double bed, the other with two single beds (bunk beds) - be careful because the use of the high bed is not recommended for children under 6 years old. A high chair and a baby bed.

Exterior currently being fitted out and soon to be enclosed. Possibility of parking on the property.

Beds are made on arrival, bath linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
Electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included)
Pet allowed (5€/day) a deposit of 150 € (to be paid on site).
