19th-century Burgundian house, shared pool, pets allowed

On the Crémant Wine Route, in the Haute Côte-d'Or region and a stone's throw from the Champagne vineyards, this beautiful Burgundian house, dating from 1850, is semi-detached and located next to the owners' residence, surrounded by a large wooded park.

Ground floor: dining room with wood-burning stove, two living rooms with fireplaces, kitchenette, and semi-professional kitchen. WC.

Upstairs, four beautiful, spacious, and bright bedrooms. One bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and an en-suite shower room with WC. One bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed, an en-suite bathroom with WC, and an adjoining area with a cot and a sofa bed offering an additional sleeping space. The third bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a WC. The fourth bedroom has two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined together and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

The entire property is enclosed and shared: parking, courtyard, terrace, and garden. A heated swimming pool is shared with the owners and is open from May to September, weather permitting (dimensions: 4 x 8 m and 1.30 m deep).

Pets are welcome with prior agreement from the owner (€100/pet/stay). The owners also run a restaurant in the village, by the lake. Four cribs are available.

Nestled between vineyards and forests (including the National Forest Park), the Châtillonnais region is rich in every way. Sports or cultural activities? Both are possible! Marcenay is ideal for hiking and fishing enthusiasts, thanks to its lake. The Musée du Châtillonnais-Trésor de Vix in Châtillon-sur-Seine is a must-see stop on the Celtic Route. Also close to the tourist attractions of the Auxois region: MuséoParc Alésia, Fontenay Abbey, Bussy-Rabutin Castle...
