Nestled between vineyards and forests (including the National Forest Park), the Châtillonnais region is rich in every way. Looking for sporting or cultural activities? Both are possible! Marcenay is ideal for hiking and fishing enthusiasts, conveniently located near the lake of the same name and the Vix Treasure, a must-see stop on the Celtic Route. Sandra welcomes you to her beautiful Burgundian house, dating back to 1850 and surrounded by a large wooded park. Three lovely, spacious, and bright bedrooms are available, including one perfect for families. There is also a living room with a television. To complete the experience, you'll have access to a heated swimming pool, a fragrant garden, and a terrace.

This accommodation is only available as a self-catering cottage during the summer season, meaning the entire house with all three bedrooms is rented. You can find the full cottage listing under reference H21G028084.

Sandra and her husband also own the village restaurant. Secure, gated parking. Pets are welcome with prior agreement from the owner (€100/pet/stay). A lovely spot on the Crémant wine route.
