Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room (smart TV (Orange TV)) and first bedroom (two 90x190 cm beds) with access to the shower room/toilet/washing machine and a second bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm). Access via two steps: third bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm), separate toilet. WIFI, oil-fired central heating (included in the rates). Enclosed 800 m² garden (NO BARBECUE but an electric griddle). An open carport (space for one car) and a lockable bicycle storage area are available. Approximately 20 minutes from the A10 motorway exit. Non-smoking accommodation. PLEASE NOTE: cats are not allowed. Supplement for dogs (€35/stay for one dog, €20 supplement for a second dog). In this authentic 17th-century farmhouse, you will be charmed. Surrounded by landscapes, fields, woods, and a river, you'll find a path opposite the cottage, perfect for hiking or cycling. The former stable and barn enclose the longère, your accommodation.
