Situated on a quiet street and just a few minutes' walk from the sea, this property is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay in the Algarve, with easy access to the nature of Ria Formosa Natural Park, located about 1 km away.

The dwelling is distributed over three floors and accommodates up to 7 people, offering four comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and three with single beds, including en-suite rooms that guarantee greater privacy. In total, it has four bathrooms, with different configurations of showers, bathtub and a service bathroom ensuring total comfort for all guests.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a cosy living room, a service bathroom and a modern open-space kitchen with a dining room. This space extends to a large exterior with a yard, ideal for social moments, where you can enjoy outdoor meals with a barbecue, sink, table and chairs. On the first floor are two double-bedded rooms, one of them en-suite, as well as a family bathroom with a bathtub and balconies facing north and south. The attic includes two more rooms, one with two single beds and another en-suite with a single bed and access to a pleasant terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, combined fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, offering everything you need to prepare meals. The house also has air conditioning, mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, MEO TV, safe and iron.
