The first project is The Zambra Arthouse, a brand-new residence. We invited local interior designer Moo Kuna to create a unique living experience for each apartment. She involved the local art scene in this project by connecting The Zambra Arthouse to the rhythm of the Málaga.

“That is an excellent practice,” says the Mad Hatter to Alice in a scene from Tim Burton’s version of Alice in Wonderland (2010). In this 2-bedroom apartment, the story of Alice in Wonderland is the inspiration. This resulted in a magical place, both for adults and kids. Enjoy the design or become part of it and organise a “non-birthday” every day because after all there are 364 non-birthdays in a year. You can read the story to your children (books are provided) and escape into Alice’s world where logic is ignored or go out and discover the Wonderland of Málaga city, voted 2nd best city to live in for foreigners.

This apartment is in a quiet street, in downtown Málaga, 10 min. walk from the historic city centre and 20 min from la Malagueta beach. The bus at the end of the street will take you there in 10 minutes and leaves every 6 minutes.
There is a Dia supermarket next door and a local food market, Mercado de la Merded, at a 10-minute walk.
