Our gorgeous apartment has balconies overlooking Plaza de la Merced, one of the most beautiful and happening areas in the city. Full of history, it is located in the building where Picasso grew up. All the monuments and museums including Alcazaba, Malaga Cathedral , and the Roman theatre are on the doorstep. Eats and drinks abound with a huge choice of tapas bars, restaurant and cafes. A short walk to Larios for shopping or La Malagueta for a swim. We hope you enjoy our lovely [hidden] spaceOur apartment is in a beautiful historic building built in 1847. It still has a lot of the original fittings and we have tried to keep it as authentic as possible. Air condition/heating. The building has stair access as well as a modern elevator. It has four well sized bedrooms, one with en suite and one with a Juliette balcony. There is a main bathroom that includes a bathtub and shower and a third small bathroom. There are two living rooms at the front that open to two balconies to Plaza De La Merced, south facing so always sunny. At the back of the apartment there is a dining room that opens to 2 Juliette balconies and a kitchen with all the services. The whole apartment is 160m2, so plenty of spacePlaza de la Merced, is one of the most beautiful squares in the city. At its centre is the Monument to Torrijos, a large obelisk that dominates the [hidden] is also known as the place where Picasso took his first steps, the Fundación Picasso Museo Casa Natal is next to the apartment building, known as Casas de Campo. Supermarket just around the corner and 24 hour public car park less than 5 minutes walk away. One step away from everything to do in Malaga, the location is unbeatable !!!!!
