Baby equipment: high chair, cot, and baby bath. Outside: a private 70 m² terrace with a private 3 x 6 meter swimming pool, protected by a safety cover, 1.35 m deep, open from May 1st to September 30th; an unfenced koi pond; a large 3000 m² wooded garden with a hammock and trampoline, barbecue, and garden furniture.
The entrance to the property is shared with a studio apartment. Private parking is available on site. Sound system and lighting are available upon request for an additional fee of €100/day.
