Just a few steps from Eva Perón Park, a green area in the city centre with sports facilities accessible to everyone. Also close to the Plaza de las Ventas or the ring road of Calle 30. Ideal for all types of people.

The Apartment:

It has 1 main bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A bedroom with 2 single beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room.
This apartment is located on the fourth floor and has a private terrace accessed through the living room that provides a lot of luminosity to the dwelling.
These are apartments completely equipped down to the smallest detail. Air conditioning throughout the house for cold and heat, heating and independent hot water with a natural gas boiler. Equipped with wifi, washing machine and dishwasher as well as all the necessary clothing and kitchen equipment.

IMPORTANT: This property is exclusively available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Tourist stays are not permitted.

The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments or care of a family member) and will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.

Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The registration process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, before accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in, between 21:00 and 02:00 hours, entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.

Contact our team 48 hours before arrival and carefully follow the provided instructions. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your registration, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
