La Latina is the oldest neighbourhood in Madrid: through its streets full of atmosphere and authentic places to see, locals and tourists coexist in perfect harmony. The apartment has 5 rooms: 2 of them are standard size and 3 are attic rooms. The main bedroom is on the second floor and is accessed by a spiral staircase. It has a double bed from which wonderful views of the city rooftops can be enjoyed. The other standard room has another double bed.

The attic rooms have a reduced height. Although one cannot stand up in them, they have been tastefully furnished and have very comfortable quality beds. They have an exterior window in the roof. One of them has a single bed, another a double bed, and the third has two single beds.
