Located in the famous Square with the same name, it is the perfect site for those who wish to stay in the heart of the city's historic and tourist centre. Although surrounded by the most central metro stations, living in this studio does not require taking the metro. By walking just a few minutes, one can reach the most outstanding museums (Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen), the main tourist sites such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace, Gran Vía –where the major cinemas and theatres are located- and the neighbourhoods with the most nightlife and cultural activity like La Latina.

Specially designed to make this 25 m2 studio a place prepared in every detail and thus achieve the most comfortable stay. With a double bed, the living room/bedroom equipped with a flat-screen TV, high-speed internet connection, a modern custom-made ceramic hob kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, fridge... and everything, within a space decorated and designed down to the last detail with style and creativity. Located on the third floor, without a lift. Although everything invites you to want to stay inside, outside the doors the panorama is too tempting. One of the best locations in the city will present itself irresistible with too many offers to enjoy.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.

Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
