Magnificent 80 m2 loft-style apartment recently fully renovated, consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite, both with magnificent built-in showers[hidden] It features a spacious and modern living-dining room and an American kitchen equipped with all appliances[hidden] It also has a private 12 m2 patio that gives the flat extraordinary luminosity and charm[hidden]

To be taken into account:

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU)[hidden] Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival[hidden]
