This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station[hidden] La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative[hidden] It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at the Rastro, a very diverse open-air market[hidden]

The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift[hidden]
Entering, on the right-hand side, there is an open space with a kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking; a living room decorated with great taste and equipped with a sofa bed, and a lovely sitting area next to a dining room[hidden] This area has access to a very pleasant terrace[hidden]
The night area has four double bedrooms, three of them with a double bed and one with two single beds[hidden]
It has two bathrooms with a shower[hidden]

There is WiFi connection, heating and partial air conditioning in the living room[hidden]
The cot is subject to availability[hidden] Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance[hidden]
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM[hidden]
