This apartment is located in the popular neighbourhood of La Latina, perhaps the oldest and most characteristic area of Madrid, where locals carry out their daily activities while visitors flock en masse to enjoy its infinite charms[hidden] It boasts many of the city's most famous tourist attractions and excellent restaurants, not to mention its wide range of cultural activities[hidden] The apartment is a five-minute walk from attractions such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofía Museum, among many others[hidden]

The NoMad building dates from the 1950s, although only its original facade and exterior architectural features are preserved[hidden] The modern building combines elegant decorative elements with a modern design in its furniture and decor[hidden]

The NoMad 4 apartment is a new flat with all the latest amenities for a perfect stay[hidden] There is air conditioning in all rooms, individual heating and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances[hidden]

There are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds[hidden] The two bathrooms have built-in showers and are decorated with great style (one is en suite in the master bedroom)[hidden] The living-dining room has a table for six people and a sofa that converts into a double bed[hidden]

To be taken into account:

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU)[hidden] Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival[hidden]

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp[hidden] During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities[hidden] It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment[hidden]

For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation[hidden]

Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system[hidden] Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times[hidden]
