This apartment is located in the heart of the city, just a few metres from the La Latina metro station[hidden]

La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative[hidden] It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do shopping at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market[hidden]

The apartment:
A nice and practical apartment conveniently located on the first floor of the building, without a lift[hidden]
As soon as you enter, you find the kitchen, which communicates with the living room[hidden] It is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking[hidden] The living room, decorated with great taste, has a double sofa bed[hidden]
The night area consists of two double bedrooms that showcase a beautiful design[hidden] They are equipped with a double bed each and have direct access to their own bathroom with a shower[hidden]
There is WiFi connection, heating and air conditioning in all rooms[hidden]

The apartment does not have private parking[hidden] However, those travelling by car will find a public car park in front of the building[hidden]

The flat measures 62m2[hidden]

The cot is subject to availability[hidden] Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance[hidden]

To be taken into account:

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU)[hidden] Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival[hidden]

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp[hidden] During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities[hidden] It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment[hidden]

For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation[hidden]
