This apartment is located in a central and high-end residential area, next to the Business Institute and other important business centres, making it a particularly suitable choice for monthly work stays.

The apartment:

The apartment is located in a renovated building. It is interior and has a view of a characteristic inner courtyard with a gallery.

Although it may not be large, its spaces are very well distributed and allow accommodation for 6 people in two double rooms and a living room with a sofa bed.

The smallest room, very versatile, can be used as an office or as a bedroom since it has been equipped with a fold-down bunk bed and a fold-down work table. This room has a window that looks out onto another inner courtyard.

The main bedroom, with a simple and cosy style, has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.

The lounge enjoys a pleasant atmosphere and offers a double sofa bed, a low table for eating and a built-in cabinet for the television.

The kitchen is well-equipped and adds a touch of joy to the home with its decoration in yellow tones.

The bathroom has a small corner shower.

The flat is equipped with Internet and air conditioning.

It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
