For that, you need to be there, in the heart of Madrid. And the Santa Ana apartment is the option.

Located in the famous Square with the same name, it is the perfect site for those who wish to stay in the heart of the city's historic and tourist centre. Although surrounded by the most central metro stations, living in this studio does not require taking the metro. By walking just a few minutes, one can reach the most outstanding museums (Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen), the main tourist sites such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace, Gran Vía –where the major cinemas and theatres are located- and the neighbourhoods with the most nightlife and cultural activity like La Latina.

The flat

The Santa Ana II apartment is a demonstration that the sum of good taste, style, creative and practical design can achieve a 25m2 studio with personality, comfort, and ideal for enjoying a comfortable and uncomplicated stay.

The details of colour and original objects, contrasted with the sober white colour that predominates, make the room an elegant environment that maintains its pleasant and jovial atmosphere. Two large windows facing the frequented and picturesque Huertas street let in all the natural light necessary to have an extremely bright environment.

Nothing complicated in this apartment with everything necessary to make your stay as relaxed and pleasant as possible: the ceramic hob kitchen, - modern and fully equipped - the bathroom with glass shower and steel furniture, the double bed and also, internet connection. Everything to feel at home. Located on the third floor, without a lift.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.

Works will be carried out on the fourth floor of the building, unrelated to MIT House. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

To be taken into account:

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.

Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
