The Flat

Although the outdoor options are more than tempting for spending the day out, this studio will do its thing so that resting and staying at home after so much walking also turns out to be a great programme. It is a delicate, simple and warm space with everything necessary to feel comfortable. The apartment has a very comfortable double bed. Perfect for using the high-speed internet connection or, why not, watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. And if cooking is what's needed, the modern custom-made ceramic hob kitchen comes fully equipped. The apartment is located on a third floor without a lift.

To be taken into account:

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.

Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
