Do you want to be able to visit the most impressive museums, walk through the historic alleys of the city, taste classic tapas in typical restaurants, go for drinks in the best bars... and more? For that, you need to be there, in the heart of Madrid. And the Santa Ana apartment is the option.

Located in the famous Square with the same name, it is the perfect site for those who wish to stay in the heart of the city's historic and tourist centre. Although surrounded by the most central metro stations, living in this studio does not require taking the metro. By walking just a few minutes, one can reach the most outstanding museums (Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen), the main tourist sites such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace, Gran Vía –where the major cinemas and theatres are located- and the neighbourhoods with the most nightlife and cultural activity like La Latina.

The flat

The Santa Ana VI presents a perfect combination: being in the heart of the historic old centre of Madrid, while enjoying the comforts offered by a modern apartment like this one. Both furniture, the ceramic hob kitchen - fully equipped - and the bathroom were specially designed so that this 30m2 studio is comfortable and practical. Added to its decoration, cheerful, with style and personality, will make whoever stays feel at ease from the very first moment.

The apartment has a comfortable double bed. This allows for more space to enjoy the facilities, such as internet connection, flat-screen TV, or simply resting in a pleasant and cosy environment. The apartment is located on the third floor, without a lift.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

Works will be carried out on the fourth floor of the building, unrelated to MIT House. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

To be taken into account:

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.

Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
