The apartment:

A lovely attic that comfortably accommodates four people and is the perfect option for those seeking a centrally located apartment without compromising on design and functionality. It has been decorated with carefully selected furniture and high-quality materials, respecting the original beams of the house.

It consists of a large bedroom, with a double bed, and a large built-in wardrobe.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated into a single, spacious area, for the guests' comfort. It features a lovely dining table, a sofa bed, and the kitchen is fully equipped. All of this with a beautiful light, provided by the attic ceilings with the large skylights throughout the apartment.

The bathroom is modern and practical, and features a large shower where you can relax.

The building has a lift, heating, air conditioning, and of course, WiFi connection.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.

Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
