Its strategic location allows for a quick and comfortable connection to the centre of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to the Plaza de Castilla bus interchange, which also has metro lines 9, 10 and 1 (direct to Gran Vía).
It is also close to Chamartín station, with regional and commuter train lines.

The apartment:

This charming apartment with capacity to accommodate 8 people is located on the third floor of a building with a lift.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the beginning of June, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in mid-October, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 21:00 and 02:00 have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them in the apartment.
