This apartment is located between Las Cortes and Plaza de Santa Ana, on a well-known street where vehicular traffic is restricted and walking will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Plaza de Las Cortes, and the Royal Botanical Garden are just a 5-minute walk away. This area also offers a wide culinary offering, with international restaurants and traditional quality tapas bars. Anyone will feel at home and surrounded by all comforts.

The apartment:

The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful renovated building equipped with a spacious and modern lift. Decorated with design furniture inspired by the 1950s and well-chosen iconic piece replicas, it has marble floors, underfloor heating, air conditioning controlled by home automation in all rooms and high-quality insulation. The vibrant colours of the decor, combined with wood, rugs and curtains, bring warmth to the environment.

With capacity for 5 people, it has 2 bedrooms and 1 en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has a single bed. Both have comfortable built-in wardrobes.

The dining room is equipped with a double sofa bed. The open kitchen has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom has a large shower.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.

Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
