A few steps away is Plaza Santa Ana, which is the beginning of many routes through the Madrid city centre.

The apartment:

Comfortably accommodates six people and is the perfect option for those looking for a centrally located apartment without compromising on design and functionality. It has been decorated with carefully selected furniture and high-quality materials.

It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, with a balcony to the exterior, and another bedroom with two single beds overlooking a quiet inner courtyard.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated into a single, spacious area for the guests' comfort. It features a large dining table, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a lovely breakfast bar. All of this with beautiful light, provided by two large street-facing balconies.

The bathroom is modern and practical, with a large shower where you can relax.

The building has an elevator, heating, air conditioning, and of course, WiFi connection.

IMPORTANT: This property is exclusively available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Stays for tourist purposes are not permitted.

The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments or care of a family member) and will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.

Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The registration process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, before accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in, between 21:00 and 02:00 hours, entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.

Contact our team 48 hours before arrival and carefully follow the provided instructions. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your registration, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
