In the Chueca neighbourhood, one of the most cosmopolitan and sought-after areas of the city, located right in the centre of Madrid. A stone's throw from Gran Vía and Cibeles Square. An unbeatable location to enjoy a few days or a long stay in this city that has so much to offer.

The apartment:

This apartment is located in an old building: from the entrance hall, one accesses an inner courtyard with two staircases; climbing the one on the right leads to the lift that takes you to the apartment. After reaching the top floor, you must climb a few more stairs that lead to the building's attics.

Carefully renovated with attention to the smallest detail, this 25m2 dwelling maximises light and space to offer its guests the utmost comfort. It can accommodate a total of 4 people: two on the sofa bed located in the living room on the ground floor and two in the bedroom on the upper floor.

The ground floor is an open space that integrates living room, kitchen and dining room. Going up some metal stairs, you access the bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed, and a spacious bathroom with shower.

The open layout of the spaces in both floors provides luminosity and spaciousness, creating at the same time an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
It has air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.

Upon exiting the lift, one needs to climb one floor via stairs to reach the accommodation.

To be taken into account:

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.

Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

If arriving after 7:00 PM, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly in the apartment for key handover.

Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 21:00 and 02:00 have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them in the apartment.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.

MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
