Villa Magnolia by Atlantic Holiday is a welcoming house located in Machico, Madeira Island. With space for up to six guests, it offers three comfortable bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and one with two single beds, making it ideal for families, friends, or couples visiting the island.
The house includes one full bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and an additional toilet. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed for everyday cooking, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, dishwasher and other essential utensils. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available for your convenience.
Outside, the private terrace offers a great space to relax and views over the surrounding area. The outside of the house is complete with a Jacuzzi. Guests can enjoy meals outdoors using the barbecue area. The property also offers a private parking space, and nearby bus stops provide access to other parts of Madeira. A sandy beach is just 5 to 10 minutes away on foot.
Inside, the house features a Smart TV with a TV box for entertainment. A baby cot and high chair are available for those traveling with children. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Check-in is possible from 16:00 until 05:00 the following morning.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
