Villa Macaye, 3 bedrooms, 8 persons - FR-1-495-141

C537, MACAYE: Charming detached house in the heart of the Basque Country. A family home, located just 10 minutes from Cambo-les-Bains. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, you will appreciate the peaceful setting.

The ground floor opens onto a large entrance hall with storage and a separate WC. Separate, fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, storage, extractor hood, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, etc. An adjoining garage with storage (garden furniture, etc.) connects to the utility room (washing machine and dryer). Large living/dining room opening onto the south-facing terrace (table, chairs, sofa bed, TV, etc.). Two bedrooms with double beds and storage. Bathroom with bathtub.

Upstairs, which has a very sloping ceiling, there is a games room: pool table, children's games, etc., as well as a bedroom with two beds (one double and one single), and a washbasin (toilet and sink). Large courtyard and garden with views of the countryside.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- Bed linen/one set per bed/one week: €10.

- Towels/one set per person/one week: €5.

- House cleaning (C502/C516/C608/C537): €77.
