This very old town house dating from the 18th century in the heart of the small musical village of Luxey, in the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, awaits you. It was the Village Circle, an ancient place of living and meeting. With its open Estanda (covered terrace typical of traditional houses in the Natural Park), its wooden balcony, its half-timbering, its careful restoration and decoration, this old lady will allow you to discover the gentle Gascon way of life. A building of unique character to discover... The gîte:
Located on the ground floor, spacious living room, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds, 2 100 cm beds, baby bed), shower room and bathroom, 2 toilets
Interior patio converted into a relaxation area. Equipment :
Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, fireplace in the kitchen, gas heating (extra charge). Beds made and sheets provided on arrival (additional charge for 2nd pair). Outdoors :
You benefit from private land of approximately 200m², fully enclosed, garden table, barbecue, bistro table, terrace. Village gite, road passing in front of the gîte. Beyond an animal, consult us.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
