Our cottage is a charming, single-story house, converted from the sheepfold of a characterful former farm dating back to 1860, complete with its own 15th-century dovecote. It features a large living room with a television, DVD player, Bluetooth digital radio with Spotify, and Wi-Fi; an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker and Nespresso machine; one large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a 220x240cm duvet; a second large bedroom with three single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined together and 150x200cm duvets; a shower room with a shower and double sink; and a separate toilet with a hand basin. Baby equipment is available on request (free of charge: cot, baby bath, baby bouncer, high chair). The cottage has gas central heating.

The house is situated in a beautiful, unspoiled, green countryside setting, with our enclosed 1.2-hectare flower garden (garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue, swing set, sun terrace, private parking), offering magnificent panoramic views of the peaceful, rolling landscape.

In the heart of the Nivernais region, near historical and natural sites such as Nevers, Vézelay, Guédelon, La Charité-sur-Loire, the Morvan Regional Natural Park, and the Loire River and its vineyards, including Sancerre and Pouilly. Close to the Baye leisure center, offering windsurfing and swimming, as well as Lac des Settons and the Nivernais Canal. Not to mention the numerous woods and forests, perfect for hiking or horseback riding (pony club available).
