Located in the center of the department, it is a prime location for discovering and sharing numerous activities: Hiking trails departing from the cottage, Charroux, an ancient town listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France" (18km), Vichy, a spa resort and UNESCO World Heritage Site (30km), Moulins, a city of art and history (30km), the National Center for Stage Costume (30km), Paléopolis (27km), and Clermont-Ferrand (74km).

Ground floor: Kitchen open to the living room, bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. 1st floor: living room (140 cm sofa bed) with a desk set up for remote working if needed, a spacious bedroom for 2 people with a desk area and a sofa bed (120 cm), and a bedroom with 3 single beds.
Reversible air conditioning. Enjoy the heated swimming pool (9x4.5 m, up to 1.75 m deep) shared with the owner according to schedule (2 to 4 [hidden] or more upon request). Accessible from June to September depending on weather conditions.
