Cottage in France's oldest vineyard with shared pool

Explore the oldest vineyard in France and drop off your bags at this gîte located a few meters from the owners' house. From summer until frost, admire the rose gardens. More than 500 species surround you and overlook the Puy de Dôme, the Bourbonnaise mountains, and Vichy, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It's said to be "a breathtaking view." Visit Saint-Pourcain-sur-Sioule, 4 km away, and its weekly market on Saturday mornings. Taste local products, and discover Paléopolis, 25 km away, the dinosaur hill. Back at the gîte, relax in the owners' shared swimming pool, 5 x 12 m and with a depth ranging from 1.25 to 2.50 m. There are dedicated hours: 10:30 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 6 pm, open from May to September depending on weather conditions.

Ground floor: kitchen, bathroom (shower and toilet). Go down 3 steps to access the spacious living room where floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlook the pool.
Upstairs: mezzanine living room, two bedrooms for two people, partitioned but closed by curtains instead of a door, and a separate toilet.
The entrance gate has a code that will be provided to you and will allow you to freely go about your activities.
