This bright apartment in Los Alcázares specifically in the Los Narejos neighborhood, with a capacity for 4 people is located in an ideal place to spend an unforgettable vacation, mainly due to its proximity to the beach approximately 500 meters, where the famous Espinosa beach bar is located and Opposite the apartment is the Las Velas shopping center where you have everything you need for your stay.

It has two bedrooms, the main one has a double bed with its two bedside tables, a wooden dresser table and a built-in wardrobe.

The other bedroom has two 90 x 1'90 single beds, also with a built-in wardrobe and bedside table, the decoration is ideal for children due to its childish and cheerful details.

It has a living-dining room with a table and 6 chairs, a sofa bed for 2 people, a relaxing armchair and a television cabinet with its respective television, it has a very beautiful bohemian decoration with access to the semi-open terrace that has a table terrace and 6 chairs.

It has a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, videl, sink, all in very good condition and with all the corresponding sanitary measures.

The kitchen is complete, very well equipped with everything you need to be able to cook the dishes that you like the most! Inside the kitchen, there is a gallery with a washing machine, a laundry basket and more.

On the street there is a space reserved to park your car so you can move wherever you want! Without worrying about where you leave the car, although it will not be necessary because, just across the road you have the Las Velas shopping center that has among many establishments with a supermarket, cinema, pizzeria, restaurants etc.
