A fully restored Morvan-style house in a very quiet hamlet, located in the Morvan Regional Natural Park. On the ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, fiber optic internet, access to the fitted kitchen via two steps, open to the dining room with direct access to the terrace, laundry room, and toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190cm), shower room with large multi-jet shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed 160x200cm, cot, and en-suite bathroom (bathtub, toilet). From this bedroom, a staircase leads to the 4th bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm.
Each bedroom has a theme (stud farm, forest, wildflower meadow, farm). Numerous baby equipment items are available. The bedrooms are equipped with fans, and the attic bedroom has air conditioning. Enclosed 600 m² grounds with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Bicycles are available for your use. On-site parking. The cottage sleeps up to 8 people; if your group is larger, you can also rent cottage H58G028413 (sleeps 5).

Nature lovers can recharge their batteries in all seasons at this cottage in the heart of the Morvan. Your stay can be as you wish: sightseeing, gastronomic, or sporty (whitewater sports, fishing, swimming, hiking (GR 13) and horseback riding). Close to the lakes of Chaumeçon, Crescent, and Settons, as well as Vézelay and the Château de Bazoches (former residence of Vauban). Don't miss: a visit to Clamecy on the banks of the Yonne River and the Nivernais Canal, its Collegiate Church of St. Martin, its old quarters dating back to the Middle Ages, its Romain Rolland Museum of Art and History, and its earthenware.
