The house features two spacious bedrooms: one with a 140x190cm bed, the other with four 90x190cm beds, complete with children's games and books. The living room combines authenticity and modernity, with a seating area equipped with a flat-screen TV with DVD player and fiber optic internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob). There is a shower room with a thermostatic shower and a separate toilet. Baby equipment: crib, high chair, and bathtub. Private parking. Enclosed garden. Ecogestes certified.
